How do I book a return?

Just write an email to info@bayleee.com with your order details and we will guide you through the process of returning your goods.

What are your exchange policy?

Exchange policy for store

We love creating clothes for you and here’s what you need to know about our exchange policy:

  1. You can exchange an item within 7 days provided its unworn, tags are in place, no damages, no stains, and its in original condition and packaging.
  2. In order to exchange the item a bill must be provided at all times, otherwise you wouldn’t be able to exchange it
  3. You can exchange it to a different item only in store.(store bought items only)
  4. Please note that sale items are non- exchangeable under any circumstances
  5. Gifts items also needs to be exchanged within 7 days and the order number should be shown to the cashier
  6. Vouchers can’t be cash refunded
Can i get a refund?

Sorry, we do not have a refund policy currently in place.

I received a faulty item, what should I do?

Shoot an email to info@bayleee.com with your concern and we will write back to you with ways replacement.

Don’t worry, we will take care of the delivery fee for this.

Can I return "sale" items?

Sale items will not be exchanged under no circumstance
